FRISCO, TEXAS – The North American Prospects Hockey League (PHL) announced its Pointstreak Peak Performer from the PHL 18U event held earlier this month.  The player was selected based upon his performance at the third PHL event of the season, which concluded December 4th at the Darien Sportsplex in Darien, Illinois.

Henry (Swede) Hardarson Tenders with Witchita Falls Cougars of the NAHL

 DYHA and the Phoenix Firebirds would like to congratulate Henry Hardarson on being officially tendered by the Whichita Falls Cougars of the (NAHL).

Over this past Thanksgiving weekend, something special happened.  It's an incredible story with a very special meaning.  The fact that it didn't happen at our home rink is not important, the story itself ...is what it's all about.  This is a true story of two Squirt B teams participating in the Thanksgiving Shootout hosted by AHU and written by the Assistant Coach of the Flagstaff Northstar team, Mark Manone.

The Phoenix Firebirds U 18 AAA Team completed a perfect NAPHL Showcase event in Darien Illinois, going 4-0 to climb the NAPHL 18U AAA standings.
