Curtis Wood
U18 COLLEGE/JUIOR PREP Assistant Coach
Curtis Wood has been coaching youth roller and ice hockey teams in the valley for over ten years.
Coach Wood is currently a certified level 4 coach with USA Hockey and has been very active in the AHSHA Varsity and VOSHA Midget Minor AA ice programs.
Coach Wood’s most recent accomplishments include:
- AHSHA 06/07 Varsity B State Champions (Cactus High),
- O’Conner High Varsity B 07/08
- 3rd in state and VOSHA Midget AA
- Colorado Springs President Day Midget Minor undefeated champions.
Coach Wood has an athletic background in basketball and motocross racing. He is very competitive yet understands that “youth sports should always remain healthy and fun”.
