DYHA is proud to announce Mark Ciaccio, Power Skating Coach for the NHL’s Phoenix Coyotes, as Head Power Skating Instructor for their youth hockey organization.

Mark will be managing the weekly power skating program and also be working with individual DYHA Firebird teams.  The weekly power skating program is a vital piece of the development for all DYHA’s players, and offers the opportunity to further enhance their individual skills.

Mark Ciaccio brings to DYHA his high intensity, hockey specific skating and skills development program that will assist players in achieving maximum performance in a positive learning environment.  Youth players will experience the same drills and techniques that have been successful with NHL players and other national hockey programs.  Mark is enthusiastically committed to advancing the success of DYHA’s future hockey and power skating program.

The addition of Mark Ciaccio to DYHA will offer our players and their families an individual with proven success, who will be a valuable asset to the DYHA program, the longest running and preeminent youth hockey program in the Phoenix area.

*Wednesday is the designated power skating day at Oceanside Ice Arena.  Please confirm each power skating event day & time on the Ice Schedule and whether the skating session is a DYHA Member or Open/Non-Member event (please note there is a $25 fee for a DYHA Non- Member player invitee).
